Error: "Error processing message: [8201]" Over and over on the POA screen.

Situation

Error: "Error processing message: [8201]"  Over and over on the POA screen.
A message seems to be stuck in a message queue, but all queue's are empty.
Incoming mail to the Post office is very slow.

Resolution

1.  Rename the NGWDFR.DB in the OFMSG directory under the Post Office.
2.  From the standalone GWCHK32.EXE run a Structural Rebuild on the NGWDFR.DB file.  You should see an error of -26.
3. The next time something needs to access the NGWDFR.DB database, it will be recreated.

Additional Information

NOTE:  This could also be caused by a third party application, such as BackupExec, holding the file open

A message was stuck in the NGWDFR.DB Database (corruption).
Note:  Any messages that users have specified to be sent at a delayed time will be erased. For more info on delayed delivery see NOVL38065
