Situation
ERROR: "Problem 102- Contact folders are out of sync with address books" while running GWCHECK
Resolution
- Login to the GroupWise Client as a problem user.
- Click "Address Book".
- Check for Address books with a '/' in the name. Rename them and replace '/' with a '-'.

Problem 102- Contact folders are out of sync with address books
Where 'xxxxx' is the record number.
There are two more possible causes of this issue:
1) the personal address book (the address book with first last name of the user) is containing no items.
2) the personal address book is not present at all. This has been reported to engineering as their is no method to fix this.
