When uninstalling ZCM 10.1, ZENworks agent does not close when using switches

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 1 - 10.1 Installation - Agent

Situation

Running the command:
 
zenworks-uninstall -c -q -a
 
to uninstall the ZENworks agent completes the uninstalling process of the agent, but the process does not exit in task manager. Uninstalling the agent without switches works correctly.

 
 

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.1.2 - see KB 7001914 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.2a - patch information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
