Steps to Duplicate:
  1. Login to GroupWise Client.
  2. Click New Mail.
  3. Click Send Options.
  4. Put a check mark on "Delay Delivery" and schedule it for Delayed Delivery.
  5. Click Mail.
  6. Fill in the To Field, Subject Field and Body and click Send to send the message.
  7. Click Sent Items.
  8. Right click on the message that was sent in Step 6 and Click Properties.
  9. Change the Style to Basic Properties.
  10. Check the Date &Time and it is wrong.
