All Day Event appointments appears to span two days in the Calender if recipients are in different Time Zones then the Sender

All Day Event appointment appears to involve two days across the time zones

All Day Event appears to span across two days when viewed in an another time zone

This is working as designed.

 

This behaviour occurs because the 24 hours that are assigned to an All Day Event (midnight to midnight) are adjusted to the new time zone. If the recipient is in an another time zone which is an hour earlier, the event appears to start at 11 P.M. on the preceding day and last until 11.00 P.M on the actual day.

 

To workaround this problem, schedule the event as per the begining and end of the user's normal workday hours instead of choosing the All Day Event option.
