Situation
An updated CPQCCISS driver needs to be used during the install in place of the IDEATA.

The install auto-detects the hardware and auto-loads the IDEATA driver then presents the option of updating the CPQSHD driver. Using F3 will not find the new CPQCCISS driver because the second storage adapter is not compatible with the CPQCCISS driver.

Resolution
When presented with the CPQSHD driver use the ESC key to go back a step. At this point use F3 to update the first storage driver to CPQCCISS and not use the IDEATA driver as mentioned in HP's Advisory. CPQFM or another tool can be used to remove IDEATA if desired.
