Situation
In the /var/log/messages you would see the following error when the user logged into Novell Remote Manager:

Resolution
In the /etc/opt/novell/httpstkd.conf add an entry for the en-ca language.
Or the language that you are missing.
lang en-ca en_CA.UTF8
Then restart novell-httpstkd.
lang en-ca en_CA.UTF8
Then restart novell-httpstkd.
