Additional Information

ZCM tries to allocate 1024MB of contiguous Java virtual  memory at the start of ZENloader process.   This becomes a problem if the Microsoft Security Patch MS09-012 is installed on the OS.

As per the Microsoft document: "This issue occurs if the applications try to allocate a large amount of contiguous virtual memory. For example, this issue occurs when an application tries to allocate 800 to 900 megabytes (MB) of contiguous virtual memory. This issue occurs because the base address of the Advapi.dll module is changed to another location after the security update MS09-012 is installed. This behavior causes the system to be unable to allocate a large amount of contiguous virtual memory."
