Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2 Discovery
Situation
System serial number is no longer collected by the Inventory agent after the 10.2.1 update.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.3.2 - see KB 7007237 "ZENworks
