No system serial number picked up by the collector after 10.2.1 update

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2 Discovery


System serial number is no longer collected by the Inventory agent after the 10.2.1 update.

The missing system serial number is not only a problem when viewing reports but also affects the reconciliation capabilities of the product.
