D019 when changing LDAP GroupWise Password

GroupWise is using LDAP password and the user is allowed the change the password

Situation

When modifying a (LDAP) password from the GroupWise client, the user will get a D019 (The new password was not accepted bu the LDAP server. Try a different password) when clicking on apply and then OK. When the user then clicks on Cancel, and try to login again, the new password has been set.

Resolution

This will be resolved in GroupWise 8 Support Pack 1 HP1 or higher.
