Situation

Formatting in subject line is lost when user does a Resend

Resolution

Steps to reproduce the problem :
----------------------------------------------
a)   Start a new email.

b)   Fill in the recipient, subject, and a few lines in the message.

c)   Include a few words in the  SUBJECT  with Bold, Underline, and
       Italic attributes.

d)   Click SEND to send your email.

e)   Switch to your  SENT ITEMS.

f)   Find the email you just sent.

g)   Right-click and choose  RESEND.

h)   The email opens up for you to modify if you wish.

i)   Have a look at the SUBJECT - all your BOLD, UNDERLINE,
     or  ITALIC  formatting has been removed.
