Unable to remove user from list of user to be proxied to

Situation

Unable to remove user listed in overview of user to proxy to. The list can be found when clicking on the username where you also can switch to e.g. archive

Resolution

To resolve this issue, please run a GWCheck Analyze/Fix, Content, user database only and as special option PROXYFIX. After the GWCheck has finished, the user has to restart the GroupWise client.

If the logging option in the GWCheck has been set to verbose, you will find the following information in the GWCheck log:
        5685 GENERIC_RECORD check- ACCESS_RECORD
          Problem 87- Special Cleanup
          Invalid GUID; Reset from address book
          - Record 5685 updated successfully
