Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2
Situation
Device Details for workstations shows multiple "Discover Applicable Updates " entries for "Refresh Upcoming Events ". The count is some subset of all devices in the folder and each instance represents a refresh event for a different device.
For example, in the image below, one device is selected for details, but events for all 4 devices in the zone are seen. The admin created bundle with same schedule (launch on refresh) does not show the problem:
Resolution
For ZENworks 11: A fix for this issue is included in ZENworks 11, see KB 7006995 "ZENworks 11 - information and updates" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
This is fixed in version 10.3.2 - see KB 7007237 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
