* The POA start to bring down the threads after some days of uptime. Even when the threads are increased from Console One or Web Consonle for Post Office, the threads start to come down gradually to one thread.
* POA threads start to come down, each time the POA encounters a 8101 error message.
* Message queues start building up.


The fix has been ported to GroupWise 7.0.4

Additional Information

The Post office can continue to work on single thread. However, it will have issues clearing the queues. Continuing to work on single issues can cause other unpredictable issues for the POA while handling daily task.
Restarting the Post office agent or increasing the threads from Post office Web Console, can fix this issue temporarily.
The code which reacts to killing of threads, when the POA encounters 8101 error, has been removed in the fix.
