Novell Access Gateway For Cloud
Situation
Access Gateway for Cloud setup and working fine - all users can connect to their Salesforce accounts
via the Access Gateway for CLoud appliance, authenticate and get single signed on to Salesforce.
The appliance is in a 2-node cluster with log levels at default but the issue also appears to happen
witha single node setup. The Admin see the above events being posted in the catalina.out log file on
each node every three minutes regardless of activity. This file is visible when going into Troubleshooting
mode and downloading the log files.
Given the 3 minute frequency, there may be an issue with updates to the authentication service.
Resolution
Reported to engineering. The issue is purely cosmetic in nature and does not impact functionality whatsoever. If the log files get very large, simply clear the log files from the troubleshooting setup in admin.html.
