POA Crash on Windows 2003 Server

Frequent POA crashes. Dump shows that a cursor had been created with "get records" and "pack them" but the field supplied awaiting the results was the field that holds unpacked records. When we went to transport the results back to the client, the data type was wrong and we traversed through a packed field array as though it were a regular field array and crashed.

The crash is the result of an client interaction with the POA. Dump did not show specific information. Now instead of crashing during this interaction, we will throw an D018 (Bad Parameter) error.

If you see this error, you will  need to determine what the user was doing.
