SOAP thread gets blocked when synchronizing a contact that contains an empty mailing address.
POA needs to be restarted to function properly again.
The server stays in high utilization state. 
NetWare POA will hang when trying to unload.


This issue has been reported to engineering.
As posible workaround make sure you avoid having contacts with empty mailing address or deactivate "Set as mailing address" check-box option.

Additional Information

Steps to duplicate:

1 Login to the GroupWise mailbox.
2. Go into the Address Book and create a new contact.

3. Next go to the Address tab of the contact properties and set the Office Address to be the mailing address while leaving this field empty.

4.  Synchronize the contact with your GMS account.
5. If you now check SOAP threads via HTPP interface of the POA, you will notice that one SOAP thread stays locked.
