SLPDA returns "da has not been configured for any scopes or containers"

After creating a default DA using the slpda /a command at the console, unloading slpda and then loading slpda returns, "da has not been configured for any scopes or containers"

The schema was not extended for SLP.
Re-extend the schema for SLP.
Delete the scope, scope unit, and SLPDA objects in eDir.
slpda /a
unload slpda.nlm
load slpda.nlm

The NCP server object did not have the SLP Directory Agent DN attribute.
When the slpda.nlm is loaded it finds the NCP server object to find the SLP DA to load.
Since this attribute was missing the DA could not be found and the error "da has not been configured for any scopes or containers" was the result.
