Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management
Situation
Especially during times when many users are logging in, the database server may go into high utilization, causing ZCC to become slower.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.3 - see KB 7005455 "ZENworks Configuration Management SP3 (10.3) - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Workaround for prior releases:
If the feature is not required or used for tracking or bundle requrements etc., disable Primary User Calculation.
