Resolution

It is believed this problem is triggered by a expired license key.  Even though the Mobile Server may show that it is valid, we believe it is not displaying correctly.  If this problem is encountered a version of GMS 2, please upgrade to GMS 3.0.1 and try to launch the GMS admin console.  If on GMS 3.0.1 already, please edit the license key and copy in a valid one.  If the admin console comes up and prompts for a valid key, and the one that is present is the only one available, please contact Novell Technical Support for a new key.  If the new key does not work, then please contact Novell Technical Support for additional assistance.

To determine where the license key is at, the admin console needs to be launched.  Right click the Intellisync Mobile Server option at the top of the Mobile Server tree settings and select the"About Intellisync.." option.  Then choose the License button.  That will display if the key is valid, though not reliable, and what the key is.  They key may be edited from this panel as well.
