Situation
Pressing F7 on the GWPOA will show
a message that QuickFinder is running and if this should be
unloaded, but after replying with Yes, POA is not unloaded and
hangs forever.
When performing an "unload gwpoa" on the command prompt of the server will never unload the Post Office.
QuickFinder Indexing is running on the PostOffice.
GWDCA is active and used.

Resolution
Will not be fixed as their is no more support for NetWare and this problem is only happening on NetWare.
Additional Information
The only workaround on this moment is to disable
GWDCA. This can be done by adding the option /nodca in the startup file
of the POA.
