Unloading or loading a cluster resource seems to hang.

Unloading or loading a cluster resource seems to hang, or takes a very long time to complete.
The resource is not going comatose, but stays in loading or unloading state.
It is no longer possible to migrate a cluster resource to another node because of this.

The fix for this issue has been released as part of the "OES2 SP1 Stability patch #2"
