Situation
Exporting a report to Excel is truncating the product serial number.
Resolution
This is a limitation of Excel.
Workaround:
1. Rename the file as .txt (only to force the import wizard to appear)
2. Open the txt file using Excel and the import wizard will appear.
3. In step 2, check the comma delimiter
4. In step 3 of the wizard, scroll down to where the data is visible (i.e. beyond the report description lines and when the column headers are visible) and click the last column (which ought to be Product SerialNumber) and change the 'Column data format' to text.
5. Click Finish and inspect the results
