Situation
Errors DF14 and DA04 are seen on the Post Office Agent (POA) screen when unloading the POA whilst a QuickFinder Index is running.
Resolution
When unloading the POA the DF14 and DA04 error codes are intentionally set to prevent further threads from starting. The QuickFinder process continues to index until these error codes are encountered. After seeing and reporting these errors, the QuickFinder thread stops normally.
In this situation the occurrence of these errors is expected and is not an indication of further problems in the Post Office databases. This is working as designed.
