Situation
When attempting to test POP3 connectivity to GWIA <TID #10077683>, receiving the following error after entering the password: -Err Login Failed. User authentication is not being passed to the POA.
Resolution
In ConsoleOne | Tools | GroupWise System Operations | Internet Addressing, the check box for userid@Internet domain name must be enabled. Verify that the Post Office Internet Addressing does not overwrite the system preference.
