Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2 Business Objects ReportingSituation
Zenworks Reporting Server (ZRS) software fails to install on Linux servers with AMD Opteron Quad Core processors. The ZRS installation will start, but then fails/quits during the Business Objects Reporting (BOE) portion of the install.
ERROR (wdeploy):
buildwar: Application's war file or application's source tree not found!
Resolution
A fix for this issue is included in ZENworks 11, see KB 7006995 "ZENworks 11 - information and updates" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

An unofficial patch from Business Objects is available upon request. Until certified it is for test only. Contact Novell Support for more information.
Additional Information
BOE installation is launched from ZRS install silently. During this install BOE errors out with a "Segmentation fault" error because of AMD processor. The error printed in the ZRS logs is not completely clear.
