WebAccess will not display contents of shared folders

When switching between various folders under the Cabinet, including shared and empty folders, occasionally the contents of a shared folder will not be displayed. Selecting refresh will not make the contents visible.

Reported to engineering.

A workaround is to select the Mailbox folder and then select the shared folder.
