Situation
Symptoms:
Unable to drag and drop emails to shared folders in WebAccess
Unable to drag and drop emails to shared folders in WebAccess
Cannot move mails to shared folders in WebAccess
Shared folders are not listed in the Move mail window in WebAccess
Configuration:
Internet Addressing override set for user with Preferred Email ID

Resolution
The issue has been fixed in GroupWise 2012.
Additional Information
Steps to duplicate:
1. Launch ConsoleOne and connect to the domain database
2. Right click on UserA and select Properties
3. Click GroupWise tab and select Internet Addressing
4. Check "Override" and specify a "Preferred EMail ID"
5. Click Apply and OK
6. Login to GroupWise client with UserB and share a folder with UserA and give full rights to that folder.
7. Login to WebAccess with userA
8. Try to move a mail with drag and drop to that shared folder.
9. Open an email and click on Move. The shared folder is missing in the list of folders
1. Launch ConsoleOne and connect to the domain database
2. Right click on UserA and select Properties
3. Click GroupWise tab and select Internet Addressing

5. Click Apply and OK
6. Login to GroupWise client with UserB and share a folder with UserA and give full rights to that folder.
7. Login to WebAccess with userA
8. Try to move a mail with drag and drop to that shared folder.
9. Open an email and click on Move. The shared folder is missing in the list of folders
