Garbled / Blank header and message body for internal emails in IMAP account

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2012
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 Service Pack 1

Header and message body is garbled for internal email in IMAP account.

Blank header information and message body for internal mails in IMAP account
To and CC fields for internal emails is blank in IMAP account.

This issue has been reported the GroupWise Engineering.

Workaround:
Start the POA or GWIA (where IMAP is enabled) manually with show switch

Launch Terminal on the server and type the following command to stop the POA or GWIA without quotes;
"rcgrpwise stop po.domain" or "rcgrpwise stop gwia.domain"
Type the following command to start the POA or GWIA in show/GUI mode
cd /opt/novell/groupwise/agents/bin
./gwpoa --show @../share/po.poa &
or
./gwia --show @../share/gwia.cfg &

Note: Make sure to replace the agent startup/configuration file name with the actual file name
