Situation

Since upgrade of GMS into version 3, there are various problems with partial synchronization of data for some mobile devices using native phone SyncML client. Other mobile device using the same SyncML client can download data from the same GMS account without problems.
Users can download only Calendar data but not Contacts or vice versa.

Resolution

This has been reported to Nokia development but the answer on this topic is that SyncML development / troubleshooting is not supported anymore. Nokia has published this fact in the their document #1492112 SyncML Support End of Life. - FAQ Information:
 
"SyncML is no longer supported with Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite as of version 9.02.20.19 for Windows based operating systems and 9.2.0.69 for Linux based operating systems. SyncML will not receive maintenance for any prior Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite releases."
