Environment

Resolution
Beginning with ZCM 10.2.1, a new feature was added to Restrict IP Addresses. Mark IP addresses that are not to be used for agent registration and content synchronization as Restricted. The feature is found on the properties of the server object under Settings > Infrastructure Management > Restricted IP Addresses.
Additional Information
One of the content servers in the zone had multiple interfaces. The
other servers were attempting to synchronize content using an IP address
that was inaccessible which caused the connection time outs.
