Error: "9202 Bad Parameter" when opening a mail message

While in cache mode, when opening a mail message an error "9202 Bad Parameter" is returned and the message opens blank.  This happens mostly with HTML message but has been returned on a Plain Text message as well.


This has been reported to engineering.  The workaround is to do this:
  1. Disable automatic synchronization
  2. Delete the message that is returning the error
  3. Delete the pending requests by clicking on Accounts -> Pending Pending Requests
  4. Exit the cache mode client
  5. Restart the client and let it download the message(s) again
