Situation
Icons inserted into the Start Menu by ZCM are not found when using the Windows 7/Vista Start>Search facility
For example, here are two ZCM icons that begin "reg":
If the search is used, and "reg" is typed, the ZCM icons are not shown
ZCM Icons displayed on the desktop are displayed by this search, but are shown as files, not programs.

Resolution
Set the "ZENworks Explorer Folder Path" property for the icon is set to "/" and the icon will found in a search.
Additional Information
ZCM Shortcuts not the "/" location are not found due to a limitation in the Windows Search function.
