Miggui SYNC operation fails when migrating data from a compressed to a non-compression enabled NSS volume.

Situation

When attempting to perform a "sync" operation using MIGGUI after successfully migrating data from a compressed NSS volume on Novell NetWare 6.5 to a NSS volume without compression enabled, this fails with the following error(s) for any compressed data:

ERROR - FILESYSTEM:migfiles:Error: nbackup: Received error: 0xfffdffb2
((libtsafs.so 6.50.0 333) An attempt was made to put compressed data on
non-compressed volume.) from NWSMTSWriteDataSet

Resolution

This has been resolved and an updated migfiles containing the fix for this problem were released to the update channel end November 2009.
