ZCM Install does not automatically open the correct firewall ports on SLES 11

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2 Installation - Server
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11

Situation

After installing ZCM 10.2 on a SLES 11 server, and upgrading to ZCM 10.2.1, the necessary firewall ports are not open

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.3 - see KB 7005455 "ZENworks Configuration Management SP3 (10.3) - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Workaround:
Disable the firewall, or manually open the required ports (see 1.1 Primary Server Requirements in " ZENworks 10 Configuration Management Installation Guide" found at https://www.novell.com/documentation)
