Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2
Situation
After system-update from 10.1.3 to 10.2, the Patch Management page in the ZCC is blank.
The zcc.log shows the following java error:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to compile class for JSP:
An error occurred at line: 52 in the jsp file: /jsp/pages/vulnerability/subscription/PatchManagementSubscriptionLog.jsc
PatchManagementSubscriptionLog.ERROR_MESSAGE cannot be resolved
The zcc.log shows the following java error:

Resolution
Delete older versions of the zpm-ui-<ver>.jar. To do this, check the %ZENWORKS_HOME%/share/tomcat/webapps/zenworks/WEB-INF/lib directory for zpm-ui*.jar. There should only be one version of this file, which will match the currently installed version of the product. If additional versions exist, remove them and restart the ZENworks Server process. (novell-zenworks-configure -c Start)
