Situation
Unable to set Password Hint when Forgot Password Action is Reset Password.
Starting in 351, you have the ability in the ForgotPassword Administration
area to choose to show or hide the 'hint:' on the Reset Password page.
However, you can not set a hint if your Forgot Password action is anything other than Show or Email a hint.

Resolution
This was found to be a bug within Novell Identity Manager User Application 3.5.1, Roles Based Provisioning Module 3.6.0 and Roles Based Provisioning Module 3.6.1 . This behavior has been fixed in the latest public patch's for above mentioned versions.
