Error: "The Novell Groupware "Object Request Broker" could not be initialized. The address book cannot run."

Situation

"The Novell Groupware "Object Request Broker" could not be initialized. The address book cannot run." when clicked on GroupWise Address Book 

Resolution

Cause:
 Post office object does not have proper Rights.

Corrective Steps:

1) Public Object in Post office object needs  Read/Compare Rights on the network address property of NDS rights , check if  they are correct or not by following the step.
-Right click on Post office > Properties > NDS Rights  
-Highlight [Public] - Click Assigned Rights - For property Network address - In Rights column make sure Read and Compare are selected 

2)  PostOffice object must have supervisor rights to itself , chek if  they are correct or not by following the steps 
 - Right click on Post office > Properties > NDS Rights  
 - Highlight  Post office object -Click Assigned Rights -In Rights column  make sure Supervisor is selected
