ZCM agent install fails with "Error 1327. Invalid Drive"

Situation

During install of ZENworks 10.2 agent over an existing ZENworks for Desktops agent, the install appears to hang or fail.
 
Application event log shows, for example:

Previous agent uninstallation failure: msiexec error:1603Product: ZENworks for Desktops Management Agent -- Error 1327.Invalid Drive: Y:\

Resolution

Folders for the Internal Winodws System Account that were accidentally redirected to a mapped network drive, need to be restored to correct to a location to which the System Account has access.
The folders redierctions for SYSTEM can be found under HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer.
 
Alternately, the ZFDAgent can be manually removed via Add/Remove Programs or an MSIEXEC commnad.

Additional Information

The ZCM Agent Installer actually runs as SYSTEM, when uninstalling the ZDM Agent and installing the ZCM agent, which is why the SYSTEM account needs to be corrected and why the ZDM agent can be removed interactively by the user.
 
Alternately, the ZFDAgent can be manually removed via Add/Remove Programs or an MSIEXEC commnad.
