Proxy Rights
Situation
After using the "Proxyminreset" option in the Misc-tab, global access rights are still set through Minimum user rights
Not able to revoke Minimum User Access Rights.
Resolution
Additional Information
Steps to duplicate:
-Have a localised GroupWise client (Dutch) and start it up.
-Goto Extra ==> Opties ==> Beveiliging ==> Toegang voor gemachtigden
-Give the user "Minimale toegangsrechten" the rights "lezen" and "Schrijven"
-Run GwCheck with the following settings:
-Analyze/fix Databases on contents and check "Fix problems"
-Under the tab "Misc" put in proxyminreset
-Check the result....
You will see that GwCheck has detected the global access rights being set:
"76 GENERIC_RECORD check- ACCESS_RECORD
- User [user36] has granted global access rights through <Minimale toegangsrechten>
Access granted for user <Minimale toegangsrechten> = 3"
But it has not fixed it as it has fixed it for a user with the access rights set in an English client:
" 78 GENERIC_RECORD check- ACCESS_RECORD
Problem 87- Special Cleanup
Removed global access rights
