- Once authenticated right click on the "N" icon in the system tray and select the option Novell Map Network Drive and it will open a Map Drive dialogue box
- Select the appropriate drive letter and browse the sys volume of the server that is having trouble opening NetWare Remote Manager and click on Map option. This will map the sys volume of that server on the Windows workstation
- Double Click on "My Computer" and browse to "sys:\public\mgmt\ConsoleOne\1.2\bin" and execute "ConsoleOne.exe". This will launch ConsoelOne
- Once ConsoleOne is launched, browse to the sys volume object of that server
- Expand the sys volume and navigate to login directory which is located at the root of the sys
- Right click on the login directory. This will open up the properties page for Login directory
- Click the Trustees tab
- Click on Add Trustee button. This will open up the browse window. Select [Public] and click OK
- By default [Public] gets read and file scan rights. Leave it as it is and click Apply and Close
- Close ConsoleOne
- Try to access NetWare Remote Manager and it should work fine now
