Corda log file is seperate from all MO logs. This TID explains how to locating the corda log file.

Resolution

Corda log file which contains all the information about chartbuilder and performance portlets is located in: ~MO/image/tmp/CordaAgent.log where ~MO = Managed Objects Installation directory
