Situation

This TID explains how myMO timezone can be customized for every user.

Resolution

Log in to myMO
Go to "My Account" section (icon is at the top right corner)
Select timezone from "timezone dropdown"
Logout of myMO
Login again
All Managed objects myMO portlets will respect this new timezone setting from now.
