Managed Objects 4.x XML Editor is missing name column

The XML editor in Formula 3.5 includes a column that is critical for identifying algorithms. However, Version 4.0 and up no longer has such a column

The name column is actually still there. Just right click in the header where it should be (right of column "Element") and a selection will come up with the title "show name". Selecting it will make the name column visible.
