Password lost after mailbox move
Unable to login to the Post Office Agent after moving a user
ERROR: "Error: Invalid password [D019] user:userID (userID)"
User moved


Apply GroupWise8 Support Pack 1 or later. 
Please follow the steps listed in the following link to apply the GroupWise Patch
Workaround Steps:
Make the user change the password before the move

Additional Information

This issue is not seen by all the users. It happens to mostly the users that were created since Novell GroupWise 6 or earlier and have not changed the password since then
