preagent package manual install does not recognize user setting for ZENWORKS_HOME

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2

Situation

Running set command to set the environment variable will set the variable in user's environment space and the default install path will be used. 

Additional Information

To install preagent package on alternate drive, the environment variable %ZENWORKS_HOME% must be set on system account.  This is set under Control Panel > System > Advanced > Environment Variables > System variables .
