Files within the \etc directory disappear or are moved

The files within the SYS:\ETC directory are missing after rebooting the server.  After searching, the files are found to have been moved to the SYS:\Login\NRMGroups directory.  Some times other directories other than the ETC directory may have been moved.  The message "NRM Groups: old group file migrated to new groups directory: <filename>" will be displayed on the logger screen.

Copy the files from the \Login\NRMGroups directory back to the \ETC directory and reboot.  To prevent the problem from occurring, apply the PORTAL.NLM dated July 1, 2009 or newer.
