Sync problems due to extended chars in a GroupWise domain / PO name.

In a GroupWise system there is a domain or PO that has an extended character in its name. In case of domain name, any user from all POs under this domain has problems with GMS sync process. In case of PO that has extended character in its name, all users from this PO have the sync problems.
Initial GMS account creation syncs all mails from a GroupWise mailbox. Any next mail created from WebPIM interface on GMS site or via a mobile phone will never show in a GMS account, however, those are visible on GroupWise recipient site. Neither any new mails that are delivered into GroupWise mailbox after GMS account creation will be synced into a GMS account.
Reset Account procedure brings both mailboxes into a sync state but only for a time it was run. Any new mails afterwards again do not get synced into GMS mailbox.
