Custom email views are missing when upgrading to GW12 client.

Situation

GroupWise client is upgraded from 8.0.2 to 12 and the custom mail views that were available in the 8.x client are no longer available on the Pull Down icon for creating a new email message.

Resolution

The custom view files still exist in the location specified under Tools, Options, Environment, File Locations.  These file can be manually opened then saved again in the same location.  Now they will show up on the drop down list.

Cause

Language code problem with the GW12 client.  This has been reported to development.
