Situation
User set up on multiple DataSync server.
User can authenticate on the DataSync server set up for GroupWise authentication.
User cannot authenticate on the DataSync server set up for LDAP authentication.
User can authenticate on the DataSync server set up for GroupWise authentication.
User cannot authenticate on the DataSync server set up for LDAP authentication.
Resolution
Changed the user's password expiration date to a future date in ConsoleOne User Properties | Restrictions | Force periodic password changes | Dates and time password expires.
